Welcome

I believe every child is more than their diagnosis, and every parent deserves support without judgment.

As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, I specialize in supporting families of children with ADHD, learning differences, and emotional or behavioral challenges.

My clinical background means I bring more than just coaching to the table—I understand how medication, brain chemistry, and behavior all connect. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis or questioning if medication is the right step, I’m here to help you make informed, confident decisions for your child’s wellbeing.

Combining coaching, advocacy, and clinical insight, I’ll walk alongside you, help you feel heard, and give you the tools and knowledge to advocate for your child with clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll look at what’s really going on beneath the behavior, and create strategies that work in your real life, not just in theory.
